01Licensing
Kartha is licensed flat, per EMR tenant — per hospital connection, effectively. Not per agent, not per seat, not metered. Run one agent or twenty on the same tenant and the price doesn't move. The number is meant to be small next to what a hospital pays for the product you're building on top of it, so the build-versus-buy decision isn't close.
02What a subscription includes
- Platform subscriptionOne flat subscription per EMR tenant, unlimited agents and calls. Designed to be a rounding error next to your hospital contract — so the build-vs-buy math is never close.
- Implementation & enterprise supportWhite-glove first-tenant deployment into your cloud, then enterprise support — SLA, upgrades, security patches, rotation runbooks, and a named contact who knows your stack.
- Premium skills & acceleratorsEntitlement-gated premium clinical skills and packaged vertical accelerators as you expand — added to your tenant, not renegotiated.
- Enforced by signed entitlementsCommercial terms are enforced by cryptographically signed entitlements — no runtime license server, no phone-home, and licensing can never block a clinical call.
Kartha is a commercial platform on an open-source core — LangCare (MIT, on GitHub and npm). Pricing is simple and flat; we share it on the first call. Ask for it →
